All packages sent via Royal Mail must be accepted with a signature. If a consignee is not available at the time of delivery the package will be returned to your local sorting office for a period of 30 days, failure to collect the goods within these set 30 days the goods will be returned to us . To collect from your local sorting office you must obtain your Royal Mail tracking reference, to obtain this reference please contact a member of our customer services at service@good-store.co.uk. Royal Mail Re-Delivery If it is required for goods to be re-dispatched due to there return to us for reasons stated in the above paragraphs you will incur a second delivery charge. Re-delivery of goods is a set cost 2-5 days £8 inc VAT.

All returns must have a valid Returns Number ( RMA#). All RMA's must be received within 14 days of the RMA issue date.
Returns will take approximately 7 working days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning goods for replacement/ refund.
Any RMA returned found not to be defective or faults are caused by accident, neglect or misuse the customer may incur a return freight charge, this will be charged to the credit card. This is a set charge of £8 inc VAT.
When an item is to be replaced the goods must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Delivery will not be refunded.
